澳洲的“狱警”跟警察不沾边，只是中文习惯叫“狱警”。

看样子LZ应聘的是属于临时或者外包性质的“狱警”

来了不是读会计就是读IT，没啥可奇怪的，以前当警察也没啥吧，就是普通小警察。

想当会计找不着门啊，这 ...

等你拿到PR再申请警察的工作吧，比狱警有前途。

会考虑的，今天问了一下，这边的狱警跟警察局都在司法部下面，也算是警察。

以后再转警察可能容易一点？ ...

澳洲的狱警不算警察，只是中文习惯叫狱“警”而已。警察也不归司法部管。

要是能当这边的狱警，以后申请警察肯定是加分的。

个人建议: 如果还有面试的话，不要强调你在国内的具体执法经验，要说的笼统一些。

比如怎么用言语而不是暴力解决问题，怎么克服工作中的困难，怎么应对压力之类的话

这种题没有标准答案，只要你能说出你选择的道理就行。

当然如果有人讲的道理特别偏激的话：比如对种族有歧视，可能会被淘汰。

根据LZ的帖子，他应该应聘的是Prison Service。

同意你的观点。

我觉得核心问题是人类社会的延续。

最理性的筛选因素就是：生育能力，有助于生存的特长，男女性别平衡等等

如果选女警察的话可以说是有枪可以防卫大型食肉动物的攻击。

保留历史很重要。但是只选六个人的情况下，历史学家的特长实在是有点鸡肋。

要是我选的话, 我会选：

会计和怀孕的妻子 - 孩子就是未来，原生家庭可以最大可能的保护孩子

男运动员 - 身体好，可以从事重体力劳动

女生物化学家和男医生 - 治病防病

女警察 - 有枪有技能可以防备大型食肉动物

107楼的不懂这行的规矩。

想去当狱警要雇主interview，想进去当“住户”的也得经过警察interview。左右都得interview
